jewellery making advice?

i really want to get into making jewellery, and then selling it on ebay / facebook etc
its not really for the money, but i want a hobby and why not make a few dollars off it.

so how would i go about it? ie, contacting suppliers etc.
im in australia, and have access to ebay etc.

I was able to find a list of jewelry sites in Australia you might want to check out. As a suggestion don’t be satisfied with just one as there may be more than one place where you can purchase your items.
Number one might sell you a chain for $3.00 but number two could sell it to you for $2.50 but still number one has things cheaper than some of the other suppliers. When you call them have a list of what you want as far as information is concerned and make notations in a pad of some sort so you can write down the information they give you.
There is another site that buys and sells items. I don’t know if it is in Australia but see what they can do for you. The name of it is Zibbet.
