Sewing Machine Tables

How can I make an e-z sewing machine table approx. 19″ D x 36″ W x 29.5″ H & w/ machine well 3.5″ deep?

I plan on placing this table behind my living room couch. Keep plans simple and functional. Materials used can be plywood and 2×2′s or 2×4′s or even framework of PVC. I tried to explain to my husband. He doesn’t get it. His idea for a sewing table is much more complicated and detailed. I just want something simple and functional. Something I can build myself. I’m familiar with most hand tools, table saw and drill press. Just not so good with making plans. Please, K.I.S.S. Thanks

Here is a simple Table 19 Deep 36 Wide 29.5 High

Use 3/4 Plywood – birch veneer is nice and smooth
Use 2×2 for legs
Top 1- 34 x 19 x 36
Skirt -Front & Back 2- 3/4 x 3 x 34
Skirt -Sides 2- 3/4 x 3 x 15.5
Legs 4- 2×2 x 28-3/4
Screw the skirt togethef then screw the legs on the inside corners, then fasten the top with L brackets or 3/4 wood strips.
There will be a 1″ overhang around the top to the skirt.
I don’t know what you mean about a 3.5″ Machine Well. would need size of the opening if you mean a drop in the center of the table that the machine sets into.
